Site Registration is now open!  TCPBA members (once confirmed) will have access to the member's only site that will include club archives and information not available to the general public.  TCPBA Non-drivers and non club members are also encouraged to register to access other content not available to the casual visitor.  I would also like to use your user registration as your DRIVER PROFILE PAGE!  Your User profile and your Profile Page are 2 different things.  These Profile Pages are formatted for printing and give the site much more of a "club"  feel for visitors.  ALL TCPBA members please register on the site!  You will be directed to your Profile upon registration and login to the site.  Place your Information here and we will add it into your full Profile page.

Detroit Lakes Hotels - Thursday, May 17, 2012
Frank has reserved all 12 rooms at the 59er in DL for the race weekend.  When I called up there the owner told me he is expecting people to just get a hold of Frank to put their names down and he is just going to give all 12 keys to Frank to sort out who gets what room etc....with that being said...contact Frank if you would like one of these rooms!  I do know that the Pine to Palm has no more vacancies and the Holiday Inn was almost completely booked several weeks ago.

A great look at last year, re-visit 2011 by visiting www.youtube.com/tcpba  After last night's meeting, everyone is looking forward to all the new boats and drivers in 2012!  Some of the fastest boats in the country have migrated north...I think they're scared now!!

If you are interested in advertising on this site, please contact us at tcpbaracing@gmail.com.  $50 dollars/year for tower banner on side of front page only.  $100/year for top banner (in rotation) that would appear on main page and additional pages as well (in place of where officers are currently listed).  Racing members get a FREE tower banner if you own a business!  Race sponsors get FREE tower banners on the front page until their race has occured.

New parade June 24th - Tuesday, May 01, 2012
I've secured another parade for us to participate in that would perfectly help promote Menominee and Forest Lake.  Parade takes place Sunday June 24th in Milltown, WI (about 35 miles from Forest Lake).  The parade winds up their annual weekend long summer Fisherman's Party.  This draws a LOT of people and would be a great opportunity to expose the crowds to 2 races that are within an hour drive of the locals!  Looking to get 3-4 different boats that demonstrate a nice variety of the classes we race.  Further discussion at the May meeting.

Rescue ONE - Wednesday, April 11, 2012
Rescue boat ONE is in the process of being fitted for a rescue hoist.  In the process it was apparent there are many needed upgrades/repairs to be done.  Most of these will be completed by tonight!  New Stokes basket on the way as well.  See you at the meeting tomorrow night...same bat channel, same bat time as this past winter.

You can also subscribe to the main page AND the Anouncements content by clicking on the "add webslice" icon when you hover over the middle of the page.  This will add a button on your favorites bar that will alert you to updates and allow you to open the main page and anouncements without actually going to the site.  RECOMMENDED to be notified automatically of any updates made!

RSS Events - Wednesday, March 07, 2012
RSS is enabled on the events calendar and in the Forums.  Simply click the RSS icon in the upper corner (top or bottom) to subscribe to the feed.  In Explorer you can add the feed to your top bar...then click the button for the feed and the current events calendar will show in a drop down menu.  In FireFox you can add it to your google or yahoo home page or add it to the Live bookmarks.  I will demonstrate this and other things at the March meeting.
